We strive to make quality handmade products with option of personalization using quality fabrics and threads.

We aim to dispatch goods in stock within timescale given on online shop.

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order within the normal delivery period, we will contact you as soon as this is known and offer you the option to withdraw your order or to select an alternative product.  We do not offer compensation for delayed orders.

Should an item be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as this is known and in these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the order.

This website is operated by Fashion fox. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to fashionfox.online. Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that this Website is available to view and use 24 hours a day throughout each year however, this is not guaranteed. The Website may be temporarily unavailable at anytime because of: server or systems failure or other technical issues; reasons that are beyond our control; required updating, maintenance or repair.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind which arises out of your use of purchased products.
Privacy
All details that we receive, either by the person placing the order or about the person that receives the goods, will remain private. The only other individual who will receive your information is that of the postal system so they can deliver your item.

Product Images

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. As most of our items are custom made or personalized, all orders are final. We can not be held responsible if a name is spelled wrong, so please double check all orders before placing. Orders can not be changed once they are processed.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You are required to inspect your goods on delivery and all shortages, picking errors or any damage in transit must be notified to us in writing within 72 hours of delivery.
We will not be liable for any damage or shortages to any of the goods unless we are notified within the time period specified above.

If no such notice is given the goods will be deemed to be, in all respects correct the you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

We take very good care to quality-check all items thoroughly before they are sent to our customers.  If however there happens to be an issue with your purchase we’d be happy to assist.

We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage and will arrange for collection of the damaged items as applicable. All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be assessed thoroughly to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not wear and tear or intentional damage which cannot be covered.

Returned faulty items can be professionally repaired and returned to you at no extra cost. If the item is unrepairable we will offer you a full refund or replacement (at our discretion) depending on the extent and nature of the damage.

We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise, a refund will be issued.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
 

 Fashion fox accepts payment on-line by all major credit or debit cards.

Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of Fashion fox until payment is received. In the case where payment does not clear, Fashion fox has a right to cancel the order completely. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and do not include delivery.

By submitting your order, Identity Number and Payment Card details, you warrant that you are over the age of eighteen, are authorised to make payment with the Payment Card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.
